Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP dried oregano
  • 1 TBSP dried basil
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme leaves (lightly crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl.
  2. Stir until evenly combined.
  3. Store in an airtight jar or spice container.

Notes

  • This blend does contain salt, however, if you prefer a salt-free option, so you can swap the garlic salt for garlic powder.

  • For a milder version, reduce red pepper flakes to 1/4 tsp, or leave them out completely.

  • Crush larger thyme leaves between your fingers before mixing for better distribution.

  • Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months for best flavor.
