This mocha chip overnight oats mix creates a creamy, high-protein breakfast with rich coffee and chocolate flavor. The dry ingredients can be pre-mixed in jars for quick meal prep, then simply combined with milk or water the night before for an easy grab-and-go breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 20 g quick oats
  • 15 g chocolate or mocha protein powder
  • 1 TBSP powdered peanut butter (PBfit)
  • 2 tsp nonfat dry milk
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp Nescafé Gold Blonde Espresso instant coffee
  • 1–2 tsp mini chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup milk or water

Instructions

  1. Add the oats, protein powder, powdered peanut butter, dry milk, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and chocolate chips to a mason jar or container.
  2. Stir or shake the dry ingredients so everything is evenly distributed.
  3. Pour in the milk or water and mix well to combine.
  4. Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  5. Stir again before eating.
  6. Add additional milk if you prefer a thinner consistency

Notes

These overnight oats can be prepped ahead by portioning the dry ingredients into jars for the week. When ready to prepare, simply add milk or water, stir, and refrigerate overnight.

Using milk instead of water creates a creamier texture and slightly increases the protein content.
