Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare Homemade Fresh Pasta according to recipe instructions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
  2. Steam broccoli in lightly salted water for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare Juicy Garlic Herb Chicken Breast according to recipe instructions. Slice into strips.
  4. Warm Homemade Alfredo Sauce in a large skillet over low heat until smooth and heated through.
  5. Add cooked pasta and broccoli to the skillet. Toss gently to coat. Add 2–4 TBSP reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
  6. Fold in sliced chicken and cook just until heated through.
  7. Serve immediately with additional Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • For best texture, slightly undercook pasta so it finishes in the sauce.
  • If reheating, add a splash of milk or cream to restore creaminess.

  • For a spicier variation, stir in 1–2 tsp homemade Cajun seasoning.
