This creamy, peppery copycat Raising Cane’s sauce tastes just like the real thing. It comes together in minutes with simple pantry ingredients and is perfect for dipping chicken tenders, fries, and sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 TBSP ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt to a small bowl.
  2. Whisk until completely smooth and evenly combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
  4. Taste and add more salt or black pepper if needed. Serve cold.

Notes

  • Chill time matters: The flavor deepens after resting, and the sauce tastes closer to the original.
  • Adjust thickness: If you want it thinner, whisk in ½–1 tsp water or milk.
  • Make it pepper-forward: Add an extra ¼ tsp black pepper for a bolder Cane’s-style bite.
