A classic Dirty Coke made with Coca-Cola, coconut syrup, vanilla syrup, fresh lime, and heavy cream. This creamy soda shop favorite is refreshing, easy to make, and perfect for parties, warm weather, or a fun treat at home.

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 12 oz Coca-Cola
  • 1 oz coconut syrup ( 1 pump)
  • ½ oz vanilla syrup
  • 1–2 TBSP fresh lime juice (fresh strongly recommended)
  • 2–3 oz heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Pour the coconut syrup and vanilla syrup over the ice.
  3. Add the fresh lime juice.
  4. Slowly pour in the Coca-Cola to maintain carbonation.
  5. Finish by gently pouring the heavy cream over the top to create the signature swirl.
  6. Lightly stir if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Fresh lime juice provides the best flavor balance and keeps the drink from tasting overly sweet.

For a richer, dessert-style Dirty Coke, use closer to 3 oz heavy cream.

Adjust syrup amounts slightly depending on sweetness preference.

Best enjoyed immediately while fully carbonated.

👉 For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream. Also consider swapping the flavored syrup for a sugar free version!
